Week 1
Self care awareness, breath work and regulation, getting into gratitude, building intuition.
All the basics for awakening the first parts of this amazing journey.
Week 2
Awaken the senses, self-care with mindfulness.
Honing in on specific senses to bring awareness to the spiritual connection for a deeper understanding of the how when communicating with spirit.
Week 3
Chakra lift and awareness, self-care and self-love.
Deeper dive into the awareness of the chakras and the role they play when connecting to spirit.
Week 4
Self-care with heart healing and 3rd eye meditation.
Opening the heart chakra to receive and going deeper into the 3rd eye, how to use it to connect to spirit and how to build trust through your own intuition.
This is everything this experience will bring you from a learning point of view however do not forget the personal growth that will come with this type of course.
