Meet your Wedding Officiant
Hey beautiful souls, I'm Marie Louise Wroe a UK based fully ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church and I offer a bespoke service to officiate your wedding. I can bring a tailored wedding ceremony for couples of non religion, diverse background, culture and gender who are looking for something a little different.
I can perform the ceremony tailored to each couple and can include traditional and non traditional rituals, such as candle lighting, handfasting, readings and if dancing in a circle is your thing then I will accommodate.
I can offer ceremonies around different faiths such as Wicca, Witchcraft and other open spiritual beliefs. Or if a specific theme is what you are looking for or a magical ceremony in the woods, to a beautiful location on the beach, or a quaint secluded retreat encased in a million flowers. However you see your special day begin, I will provide you with a fully aligned ceremony with the both of you at the forefront of focus.
It is you, the couple who creates your magical day and I will be there to bring you together in the way that you desire. as it is my mission to create your perfect ceremony tailored to your needs to fuse together the hearts of two souls becoming united as one.
Within the UK there are a number of official rules that must be adhered to when getting married legally which will be discussed upon meeting. If you are further a field than the UK please stipulate this on your first enquiry.

How much does it cost for your services?
Wedding Service Packages
Basic Simple Ceremony Package £555
Turn up and deliver a basic ceremony traditional or contemporary including vows.

Depending on travel costs anything above 40 mile radius add @55p per mile
Personal Ceremony Package £666
The ceremony will be written for you personally as a couple and tailored to your liking

Theme Based Package £777
The ceremony will be tailored to your theme incorporating your personal story as a couple bringing in themed elements to create a magical experience

Your ceremony and vows can be tailored completely to your chosen theme making your dream wedding one to remember.

What does a basic wedding service include?
A simple civil wedding service includes a basic procession of the wedding party, followed by a wedding statement, leading into the traditional or contemporary wedding sermon, consecration and wedding vows, with a declaration of intent, the gifting of rings, pronouncement with the kiss and presentation to conclude.
Can I get married anywhere?
YES! In the UK there are certain rules that must be followed in order for the wedding to be legal however, as long as permission is granted for the location you can actually have a ceremony anywhere. This can be discussed in more detail on meeting.
What is the process?
The first thing is to get in touch using the enquiry form on this page. This sets the wheels in motion and from this, I will arrange with you to have a free meet up over zoom to see if what you desire aligns with the services I offer. In this meeting we will discuss the legal aspect of your marriage so you are aware of the options you have going forward.
I will send a questionnaire for you to complete to lay some of the foundations of your ceremony for your big day and ask for this to be returned.
I will then create a quote from the the information you have provided.
After this you will have time to consider if I am the right fit for your big day.
If it is a YES!....
A second meeting will be organised to go over the details of this questionnaire to find out more about you as a couple to support the creation of the ceremony for your big day bringing your vision and dream to life.
I will create a draft of the ceremony and how it will run and you will have the opportunity to see it and make any changes necessary.
You will have the opportunity to keep in touch in the run up to your big day for your own peace of mind.
On the day of the wedding I will arrive an hour before hand to welcome the guests and wedding party to bring calm and reassurance for anyone feeling nervous. We will then proceed with the ceremony calling on yours guests to witness the connection of love as I declare you a married couple.
